Community Guidelines

Everyone here is going through something. Assume good intent, be gentle, and support one another. No harassment, bullying, hate, discrimination, or unwanted messages. Different choices are welcome — no judgement about feeding, birth, parenting or bodies.

Share your experiences, but please don't present them as medical fact or tell someone what they "must" do. Nothing here is a substitute for your midwife, GP, health visitor or doctor. For anything clinical or urgent, contact a professional. We may remove posts that give unsafe or absolute medical instructions.

Protect your privacy and others'. Don't share personal contact details (emails, phone numbers or other-app handles) — this is blocked in our sensitive support groups. No selling, spam, scams, or promoting products or services. Never share content that sexualises or endangers a child.

Worried about a child's safety or suspected grooming? Report a safety concern — it goes straight to our team as a priority.

Moderators may remove content — and may warn, mute or ban — for:

• Harassment, hate, or targeting another member
• Medical advice presented as fact, or unsafe instructions
• Sharing contact details in sensitive groups, or spam/scams/selling
• Anything that risks a child's safety
• Sharing others' private information without consent

You can report any post, thread or profile, and get help any time. The person reported is never told who reported them.
